Refund policy
All orders are filled and shipped from Des Arc, Arkansas. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday except on holidays and the summer season.
Lux Fragrances will only ship to residential or business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
In the event of damage during shipping, please contact customerservice@lux-fragrances.com or call 866.475.4589 within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds-
Once your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds-
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@lux-fragrances.com.
Exchanges-
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange and item, please email customerservice@lux-fragrances.com or call 866-475-4589 to notify us of your exchange request and once approved, ship your item to: P.O. Box 248, Des Arc, Arkansas US 72040. It must arrive in the same condition as it was shipped to you in order to be exchanged.
